Shipping Policy

Processing Time

Orders placed before 12:00 PM MST on a business day (Monday-Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays) are processed and shipped the same business day. Orders placed after the daily cutoff or on weekends ship on the next business day.

Shipping Methods

All domestic U.S. orders ship via FedEx 2-Day. Tracking information is emailed automatically once your shipping label is generated. Vital Peptique ships exclusively within the United States; we do not currently offer international shipping.

Shipping Fees

  • Free shipping on orders of $300 USD and above (automatically applied at checkout).
  • Orders under $300 incur a flat-rate shipping fee calculated at checkout based on package weight.

Packaging

All orders ship in plain, discreet outer packaging with no product names or branding visible on the exterior. Lyophilized peptides and bacteriostatic water are packed with appropriate insulation; we do not ship temperature-sensitive products on Fridays or before observed holidays to minimize transit-time temperature exposure.

Order Tracking

You will receive a tracking number by email at the time of shipment. You can also view your order status by logging into your account at vitalpeptique.com/my-account.

Delivery Issues

If your package is lost, delivered to the wrong address by the carrier, or arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of the carrier-reported delivery date at support@vitalpeptique.com or by phone at 855-VITAL-PEP (M-F, 9am-5pm MST). We will work with the carrier to file a claim and arrange resolution.

Address Accuracy

Vital Peptique is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer at checkout. Please verify your shipping address carefully before completing your order.

Research Use Only

All products shipped by Vital Peptique are intended strictly for in-vitro research and laboratory use by qualified researchers. Products are not approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration for human or veterinary use. By placing an order, you confirm you are a qualified researcher operating in compliance with applicable laws.
