This Terms and Conditions agreement (the “Agreement”) governs your access to and use of the vitalpeptique.com website and related services (collectively, the “Site”), operated by Vital Peptique (“we,” “us,” or “our”).

By visiting the Site or making a purchase, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with this Agreement. You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to use this Site or buy products from us.

If you do not accept these terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the Site.

2. Product Information & Intended Use

FOR LABORATORY RESEARCH USE ONLY.

Products offered through this Site are designed solely for in vitro laboratory research and development.

  • They are not medications, dietary supplements, or cosmetics.
  • They are not intended for human or veterinary consumption, diagnostic work, or therapeutic use of any kind.
  • They are not reviewed or approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) to diagnose, cure, treat, prevent, or mitigate any disease or medical condition.

All information provided is for educational purposes only. Listing a product on this Site does not grant permission to use it in violation of laws, patents, or regulations.

Vital Peptique may request additional documentation or refuse an order if we believe the intended use is outside permitted research scope.

4. Payments

  • Prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) and may change without prior notice.
  • Orders must be paid in full before processing and shipment.

Accepted Payments: Major credit and debit cards, plus select alternative methods such as Zelle, CashApp, cryptocurrency, or other processors as offered at checkout. Each method is subject to its own provider’s rules and conditions.

5. Shipping & Returns

  • Final Sale: Due to the nature of research materials, all purchases are final. Returns are not accepted.
  • Damaged Shipments: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us. A replacement or refund may be provided at our discretion.
  • Force Majeure: We are not liable for delays or delivery failures outside of our control, including shipping carrier issues, customs holds, or lost packages.

6. Indemnity & Liability Waiver

By purchasing from Vital Peptique, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Vital Peptique, its owners, employees, and affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses related to the purchase, possession, or use of our products.

You understand and accept that:

  • All products are for research purposes only.
  • None are FDA-approved for human use.
  • You bear full responsibility for safe handling and compliance with applicable laws.

This agreement extends to your heirs, successors, and assigns.

Vital Peptique or by Processor Name (CashApp, Zelle, etc)

PRODUCT QUALITY GUARANTEE

You can have the product you bought from us tested at any HPLC licensed testing facility and if the results are negative, we will refund the following:

  • HPLC Test
  • Total amount of the order + shipping.

Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions

Vital Peptique reserves the right to ban an Affiliate from the program and to terminate the Affiliate account without prior notice should you fail to follow the rules of the program.

We also reserve the right to withhold any pending commission in relation to the violation of the said rules and the right to seek the return of any payment made for commissions you have earned up until the termination of your account (irrespective of when we found out about the violation of the rules). In addition, in case we terminate an Affiliate for cause, you (and your business) are not entitled to register again in our Affiliate Program (either for the same website or for any other website you own, use or control).

Keywords that include our brand name “Vital Peptique” are not allowed. If the majority of your traffic comes from brand keywords you will not be paid.

We may modify any of the terms and conditions of our Affiliate Program at any time at our sole discretion.

Discount code websites are NOT allowed.

Own orders don’t count towards commissions.

Targeting keywords on PPC or SEO that include our brand “Vital Peptique” is not allowed. If you break this rule your commissions will not be paid.
